FLOOD RELIEF FUNDS
INJUNCTION TO BE ASKED FOR

DUNEDIN, This Day,
At a meeting of those who suffered damage by the recent flood, it was decided, that the Supreme Court be applied to for an injunction to restrain tlio Flood Relief Committee from further operating on the funds subscribed by the public, and subsidised by the Government, and that a Special Commission lie appointed to deal with all claims.
