WASHINGTON, May 20,
The Secretary -of State, Mr Henry Stimson, said today tihajt the general feeling among Government officials aiiul Congressional leaders who had conferred with President Hoover over revision of the German reparations payments to the United States, was that if (the -other Allied nations accepted a smaller percentage -of payments this country could do me less.
