Berlin. , The German authorities have been informed by the British Embassy of the desire of the Duke and Duchess for the utmost, privacy in Germany. I t will he respected. It is stated that they may visit Potsdam. The Duchess of York opens the new Graduation Hall at St. Andrew’s TJniiveii’sity on June 28 and receives the honorary LL.D. degree.
