FAIR TO CLOUDY. The Weather Bureau has issued the following forecast for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day:— The indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong and freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, and probably becoming colder. The barometer is rising slowly. Tho seas arid tides will be moderate.
