WELL-SHAPED FEET.

The greatest aid to foot beauty is a finely arched instep. There is no finer way of strengthening the arch of the foot and making it shapely than to stand on the tips of the toes. Even raising the feet until only the toes remain on the ground when one it sitting down improves the shape of the feet. Very high heels are disfiguring to the feet.
