FROM EXHIBITION. LONDON, January 20. Detectives arc sea rolling for Romney’s "Portrait of an Officer/’' believed to have been stolen for a connoisseur from an exhibition of the late W. A. Coates’ collection at the Royal Society of British. Artists at the Haynnarkct. This is the third recent picture theft.
