Prom June to December, 1925, tbe New Zealand Dairy Company manufactured 12.51 G tons of butter, a shrinkage of 1.31 per cent compared with tbe same period of the previous year. The output of cheese was 1979 tons, an increase of 481 per cent. The total production shows a decrease of .02 per cent, which is a good deal better than seemed likely a couple of months back. Dominion returns for the same period show a ch crease of 71 per cent. The company’s advance payout for the supply of produce for December was 1/3 per lb butterfat for superfine butter, and 1/5 per lb butt erf at for superfine chccese.
