R. B. Holjben). J “If we haven’t confidence in the judges and officials we appoint, then j we might as well close down.” Continuing, the chairman said they j all knew that occasions arose when the judge must get into touch with the supervisor of the contest. It would be disgraceful to adopt this recommendation, which would be a reflection on , those controlling every band contest. Mr. Hall explained that the man responsible for the remit was not accusI tomed to colonial conditions. I The recommendation that no action be taken was adopted without dissent.
