j— , . _! ixA (To the Editor.) < Sir, —In reply to Mr Hilford's letter re the above, Mr Hilford appears to have misunderstood my letter. I contend the present is not the time to use pressure to get work done that is not urgent. I (never suggested not using pressure at the proper time.
