LONDON, Nov,
Mr Marshall Stevens, speaking at Manchester, said that if the Yorkshire manufacturers examined the position •they would certainly decide that Bradford instead of London was the most convenient centre for wool sales. Man- % Chester, Hull and Liverpool were the most economical wool ports. At th£ most modest estimate the wool trade's saving through utilisation of those centres was a million sterling yearly.—A. and N.Z.
