IM. Jonescu, on behalf of Roumania, suibanitted a proposition for international expedition of 40,000 in-ter-Allied troops to save Armenia, the expedition to ibe composed on a population (basis. ' ; The iPresident paid a tribute to the proposal, (but thought it should be referred to a commission.
