WELLINGTON, This Day The Bay of Islands Harbour Bill came back from the Local Bills ComSee yesterday, with a recommendSiori that it should he allowed to proceed as amended. _ The clause proposing that no ikw under the Bill should be quashed >by any court proceedings has been 4eletedf "he Harbour .Board when Constituted is to have an option for one year of purchasing Irom r -he Sown ±he railway wharf at Opua and a portion of the railway weave: attached, for not more than 00 - The schedule defining the port and harbour of the Bay of Islands has been amended, so that the first par. rX as follows: "All that area •bounded commencing at ordinary 5 water mark of the northern extreme , of Cape Wiwiki, thence by a right line to the eastern extreme ot the Nine Pins, Whence by a rigjht line to the northern extreme of Richards peninsula at ordinary high water mark The remainder of the boundaries are left unaltered.
