The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report as follows :—■

Hides. —Ox, heavy 15£ dto 16d, medium 14d, light 123 d; cow, best 12d, seconds 10_d; damaged ox and cow 7d to 9d; kips, 13d; calf, best 20d, damaged at relatively lower prices.

Bones.—Dry, up to £9 ton. Horsehair.—Long, 2s 2d; seconds long, Is 9d; mixed, Is 6d lb. Cowtalils.—Large 2s per dozen; small Is 4d per dozen.

Tallow.—Shipping casks 53s cwt; small casks 45s cwt.

Alfred Buckland and Sons, 'Ltd., of the Haymarket, report having held thleir weekly sale of hides, skins, and tallow on Tuesday. The market showed an advance of hd to Id per lb for best heavy grades of ox hides. Calfskins also 'brought better prices. All other lines are firm with the exception of damaged lots.

Hides.—Cow, 'heavy l'2d to 12id; light 10id to lid; seconds 9d t 0 9§d; <>x, heavy 15£ dto 16d; medium 13H to 14id; light lOd to 12Id, cut hides 9h& to Hid; kips 12d to 12|d, seconds lOd to lOid; yearlings, 12id to 14d, seconds 10|d to lid; calfskins, heavy 13d to 14d, medium 14_d to 15d, light 15d to 16d, small 12d to 13d, cut lid to Hid, meaty 13d, slippy 4d to 6d, damaged no offer.

Horse Hides. —tfs to 9s each for small; 10s <6d to 15s for medium; 17s 6d to 25s for large.

Tallow. —33s to 38s per cwt. Bones. —£9 per ton. Horsehair. —Is 6d to 2s 2d per lb
