FOUR ISSUES
DECREE NISI GRANTED
In summing up his Honour submitted the following issues to the
Jury:—(l) Had the respondent committed adultery with the co-
lespondent, Western? (2) Had corespondent committed adultery with respondent? (3) Had petitioner committed adultery? (4) The question of damages, if any.
After th e Jury's verdict his Honour made directions for payment of the £100 damages and directed a decree to be made absolute in three months
