Shipping: Arrivals and departures during the week: —Alert, Hero amd Dandy, scows, for the Northern Coal Co. The Lady Eva came in with a barge for coal. As she was coming down the Whangarei river one of the barges collided with the railway bridge and the barge was so damaged tha,t it had to be left behind. Proceediiig on her trip, the Lady Eva picked up a barge at Reotahi and came on to Ngunguru.
