SO CABINET YET.
ANOTHER HITCH OCCURS,
(Received 9.5 a.m.)
BERLIN, June 23,
A hitch h:is arisen iegat\iing the formation of the Cabinet.
The Plural Socialists refuse to support the Government, therefore it is
doubtful whether the Democrats caa form a Ministry.
The situation is also more acute owing to a conflict between the Centre Party and the People's Party. The lattoii claim the portfolios of Finance, Post and Telegraph, and Food, which the Centre holds.—A. and N.Z.
