LONDON, June 22.
j A Boulogne communique states that I the Conference considered the Turkish question and deeide.il that fno Turkish ; reply to the draft conditions of peace must be .sent in by the date previously fixed, namely, 2fith June. The Conference approved certain military measures concerted by Marshal Focli and Admiral Wilson to meet the situation at Constantinople and the Straits. It was decided to invite delegates from Greece, Polaud, Portugal, Roumania, Czechoslovakia and Jugo-Slavia to Spa .to discuss questions specially concerning them. The Conference approved the terms of the Allied communication to Germany drafted by Marshal Foch and Admiral Wilson requiring fulfilment of the clauses of the Treaty of Versailles dealing with disarmament, the destruction of military material, and reduction of effectives which hitherto have not been executed, on incompletely cxc-
