ESTHONIAN ARMISTICE BREACH

The Bolshevist forces in Russia are sweeping rapidly towards the Caucasus, pursuing .Dcnikin's Caucasus army, which is struggling to escape southward towards the Ekaterinador, fighting heavy rearguard actions. An. other "Red" army, marching north of the Don, threatens to cut it off. The Ukraine front is less active. The "Daily Mail" reports that Denikin's scattered forces are now on the verge of annihilation, driven into the fastnesses of the Caucasus mountains. —United Service. An Esthonian communique, dated January 3 states: "The armistice began today," but the Bolsheviks at noon opened fire against Esthonian work ers on the Narva front, breaking the amistice." —Reuter.
