ALLIED COUNCIL.
•V SEPARATE CONFERENCE
ANGLO-FRENCH UNDERST ANDING
(Received 11.20 a.m.)
LONDON Dec. 15.
The "Morning Post" states that the conference in London was not a continuation of the Supreme Council sittings, but a special Anglo-French conference, owing to the United States attitude.
It is understood that the conference reached political and economic agreements amounting almost to an Anglo French alliance. —A. and N.Z.
