DESTROYER JOINS DEFENDERS,
FLEET'S LOYALTY DOUBTFUL,
(Received 8 a.m.) ROME, Sept. 22. A foodship has reached Fiume. The crew of the destroyer which took the Government delegate to Fiume refused to return, and the destroyer joined d'Annunzio's fleet. Admiral Cagni refused the Adriatic command, because he could not trust the fleet to act against d'Annunz ; .o.— Times.
