C.T. CONCERTS,
The catalogued items which are to be produced at the Commercial Travellers' concerts on October 9 and 10 bespeak great events, in which even the well-known entertainment catering capacity of the C.T.s has outbid all former records. Posters of distinctive design and artistic colour-blending, printed by the Northern Publishing Company, bedeck the shop windows and various hoardings of the town, appropriately heralding the execellence of the occasion. The beneficent work of the Knights of the Road, extending oven ten years, more than warrants reciprocal recognition of the present purpose, which relates to Telief funds, and the Town Hall should again be the venue of vast public concourses.
