ALLIED WARSHIPS' VISIT.
A GERMAN PROTEST.

COPENHAGEN, August 27, La Marseillaise, the first of the Allied Warships to be present during the plebiscite in Schleswig Holstein, met with an enthusiastic welcome at Flensburg.
The German Admiralty protested, and notified the German warships at Apenrade that the visit was unauthorised under the armistice, but no action has been taken.—A. and N.Z,
