LONDON, August 26.
The prospectus of the Sinn Fein internal loan states that the issue will be £ 250,000 at five per cent., payable six months after the Irish Republic ihas received international recognition and the 'English lhave exacuated Ireland. Bondholders may redeem at five per cent, within twenty years of the Kepublic's recognition. The loan will be used for the propagation of the Irish cause all over the world, the establishing of a foreign consular service, promoting , Irish trade, fostering, Irish industries, and generally for national purposes as Dhie 'Republican Parliament directs.— A. and N.Z.
