LONDON, Aug. 22.
Five hundred ex-soldiers at Manchester intend to march to London, accompanied by bands and banners, occupying sixteen days, as an appeal to the Minister of Labour for employment at a living wage, also increased unemployment pay.-*-A. and N.Z.
