Three hundred men of the Warwick, Berkshire, and Gloucestershire regiments refused to parade at Southampton for embarkation to France, believing they were to be gent to distant theatres, especially Ruspia, Though the impression was without foundation the men refused to return to camp pending an examination of their grievances,—A. and N.Z.
