The meeting of the Seamen's Union to-day decided not to man the ships on Monday i pending further advices from Melbourne. —A. and N.Z. Later. Senator Millen has extended the time for the seamen's acceptance of the Government's terms in connection with the strike till noon on Monday. —A. and N.Z. SYDNEY, August 24. Latest. Early developments are anticipated in the shipping strike, but up to a late hour to-night definite information was lacking.—A. and N.Z.
