WOMEN DOCTORS CHAMPION.
It will come as a surprise to many that the medical profession has not yet opened all its doors to women. One of the closed doors is that of the. Medical Society of London, the oldest of the metropolitan organisations of that kind. But this exclusivenes.s may uot last much longer, for the society is now considering a proposition for the admission of women doctors. Colonel Donald Armour is championing, the proposal, which has passed the council. At the annual general meeting of members, however, feeling ran so high that the discussion was postponed to an adjourned meeting.
