iMr \V. I. Ulack, of Auckland, intends to contest the Bay of Islands seat at the forthcoming election as an Independent Dabour candidate.
The Minister of Internal Affairs states that both Public Service Commissioners, .Messrs D. Robertson and A. D. Thompson, have attained super annuation age, and have requested to be relieved of their duties by the end of the present year.—Press Assn.
