HALVING COAL SUPPLIES.
LONDON, August 12
Th e "Daily Mail," commenting on the coal position, states that since the seven-hour day was introduced the weekly output has declined approximately 50 per cent.
The newspaper -dds that indications are that in future the total output is not likely to exceed the amount required for bunkers and home consumption in 1913.—-U. Service.
