SYNDICALIST CRIMES.
(Received 8 a.m.) MADRID, August 9. A bomb explosion occurred at Barcelona; seven , persons being wounded. The terrorist regime has become serious. Syndicalists are suspected. The strikers at Valencia damaged the docks and killed three workmen. —A. and N.Z.
