BRITAIN WELL ESTEEMED,
PLEBISCITE IN VIEW
(Received 8.55 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, August 9.
The movement in favour of a British mandate for Turkey is greatly
increasing.
An association, largely composed of the Old Turks and retired officers, is actively campaigning with a view to an ultimate plebiscite.—Reuter.
