The "Daily Mail" says that the police hav c seized documents outlining country-wide revolutionary plots. One emanating from the Clyde Workers' Soviet proposes the establishment of a Red army, and revolukionary tribunals "to try the men responsible for the treatment of our imprisoned comrades"; the, seizure of all foods, expropriation of property, banks, etc; and the removal of Parliament and all local authorities. —Times.
