PARIS, July 20
The complete Austrian treaty is to be presented to Dr. Renner to-day. It contains several new clauses, together with modifications of the original draft. It is pointed out that the text embodies replies to various Austrian ! notes. A reply is demanded within ten days. The treaty assigns to Austria territories within Czecho-Slovakia and Hungary inhabited by German-speak-ing populations. ; It abolishes conscription and restricts the manufacture of war material to a single State-controlled fac- j ' tory. : _ . ■j '■ The Committee on Bulgarian Affairs has completed its work.
