LONDON, Nov 7

Germans have broken off relations with the Bolshevik Government. — Reuter. AMSTERDAM, Nov 7. In consequence of the discovery in a Bolshevik diplomatic mail of of pamplets printed in Germany, inciting German workers and soldiers tc- revolt, it is officially announced that Germany has .demanded guarantees from Moscow that such propaganda will cease and that the murder of Count Mirbach be adequately expiated. Meanwhile Germany has requested the withdrawal of representatives of the Bolshevik Government from Berlin, and has withdrawn the German representatives from Moscow.—Reuter.
