Cable—Press Association—Copyright.
LONDON, May 15
The debate on the third reading of the Home Rule Bill begins on Thursday.
The "Morning Chronicle" states that it is unlikely that the amending bill will be introduced before June 10. The paper has reason ,to believe that with its strictly limited scope it will not present, anything like a broad front for criticism. The attack will probably be on the question of talcing, power to appoint a Commission to. draft a scheme of Administration for the excluded , .
