HARBOUR BILL.
The Local Bills Committee considered the Whangarei Foreshore Vesting Bill yesterday, and will probably report it this week.
Dr. Te Rangihiroa has given notice to ask the Minister of Public Health whether, in view of the fact that smallpox had broken out in this country and in Australia he will introduce legislation to effect compulsory vaccination.
