At an inquest on David Picot, single, aged 38, whose body was found in the harbour on Saturday, evidence was given that deceased left a letter complaining of the recurrence of severe mental worries, and expressing his intention of going down to the harbour and committing suicide. When found a heavy iron pulley wheel was attached to the body.
