PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in the terms of "The Harbors Act, 1908," "The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1905," and amendments thereof, an election for the return of THREE representatives on the Whangarei Harbor Board by the Electors of the County of Whangarei, takes; place on WEDNESDAY, April 28th, 1911.
