PRESS ASSOCIATION.
ANNUAL MEETING.
TWO ADDITIONAL DIRECTORS
QUEENSTOWN, Feb. 23. The annual meeting of the Press/Association was held yesterday.
Messrs Horton and Brett, retiring directors, were re-elected.,
Alterations were approved for increasing the number of directors by two, for the purpose of representing papers outside the four centres, and Messrs Carson (Wanganui) and Piraui (Feilding) were elected.
On the motion of Mr F. H. Kelgour of the Greymouth "Star," it was decided to hold the next meeting at Greymouth.
To-day the Newspaper Proprietors' Association is holding its annual meeting, and to-morrow a meeting will be held of the New Zealand Master Printers' Federation and Empire Press Union League.
