BODIES DEVOURED BY DOGS.
(Received Feb. 22, 8.12 a.m.) PORT DARWIN, Feb. 21. Chinese files contain distressing deiails of the plague. Bodies are lying about the streets and in open drains, and the dead and dying are devoured by dogs.
The natives display terrible ignorance.
