BITTER RECRIMINATIONS. IMPORTING TWO HUNDRED BUSHMEN. (Reecived Feb. 22, 10.44 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 21. Mr Sinclair, Scottish Agriculture Commissioner, who has been touring Australia, interviewed on his arrival at Plymputh, spoke enthusiastically of Australia's prospects.
