TRAFFIC INTERRUPTED.

LONDON, Feb. 18.
There have been serious floods in GlasgoAV, owing to persistent rains..
The River Clyde overflowed, causing the tramway traffic to be suspended. Trains are running with difficulty. Football matches had to be postponed.
Three rivers in the Irvine district ?£ Ayrshire overflowed, flooding pits and houses and imprisoning many inhabitants.
A great many sheep have been drowned, and tracts of the country ara under water.
