An excursion to Urquhart's Bay by the launch Eva is announced for Boxing Day, the 26th inst., weather permitting, leaving the town wharf at 7 a.m. In reference to the lack of provision for receiving a funeral recently at the Maunu cemetery, Messrs Webb and Pearson and Mr Kyte desire the public to know that neither firm had charge of the arrangements.
