Registered letters and parcels lon outgoing mails should be presented at he registered letter counter hall an bour before the advertised time f«fi closing such mails. Late letters bearing an extra penny; stamp will be received over the [counter and enclosed in mail up to ten minutes after actual closing tine. Late letters must met be posted in letter boxes. P. J.
