A BANK HELD UP.
SUICIDE OF THE ROBBER.
(Received Dec. 19, 5.42 a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 17. Ward, a desperado, robbed the State Bank at Paradise, Kansas, and secured £500 sterling. He took flight to the hills, where a posse of farmers surrounded him. Rather than surrender. Ward committed suicide.
