TURKISH-BOUMANIAN AGREEMENT.
AMBITIOUS BULGARIA,

It is reported that the recent agreement between Turkey and Roumania recites that Bulgaria is considered ambitious and active.
It is now known that only the determined, action of the Bulgarian Premier and the Foreign Minister, in 1908, prevented the army marching on Constantinople.
