SOCIALISTIC DENUNCIATION.
(Received Sept. 20, 10.30 a.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 19. Though prohibition was issued against demonstrations in the vicinity of Friedburg, where the Czar is staying, the Socialis s held one within five miles; and denounced the Czar as a tyrant. Similar demonstrations have been held elsewhere, in which Jewish speakers participated. They regard the Czar as an .^nti-Semite. The Government is seriously embarrassed by these proceedings.
