Mr. Elmer Davis, Director of the Office of War Information, announced that ail publications, Urns and buslnesa enterprises from the United States and other countries will be barred from Germany indefinitely during the mill, tary occupation. The Allied Armies will control all newspapers sad other publications, films, radio sad prisesThe information sections of the occupying Governments will publish a low newspapers, magazines and books and operate the surviving radio stations Most of the broadcasts within reach of ordinary sets will be from the Allied Nations, but the Germans will bo permitted to listen to the programmes at
