DIVERSION OF DOMESTIC AND INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, May 11. With less than one week’s supply of coal in hand the Railway Department is facing a serious position. Stocks have been below normal requirements for some time, but recently the level to which they have fallen has caused great concern.
