No Red Flags Allowed In Buenos Aires
Received Thursday, 9.60 p.m. NEW YORK, May 10. The Argentine police as well as occupying the capital’s centre on Tuesday to break up United Nations’ victory parades forced the removal of Soviet flags from buildings, says the New York Herald-Tribune’s Buenos Aires correspondent.
This was done apparently as a reprisal for Mr. Molotov’s opposition to the admittance of Argentina to UNCIO, also tne Soviet’s evident reluctance to establish diplomatic relations with Argentina while a military regime is in power.
